Initial Assessment

In the Initial Assessment, we would go through your medical history and assess your current condition thoroughly.

Based on your needs and goals, we would design a treatment & training plan for you. If there are no contraindications, we would also complete our Initial Assessment with some treatment and/or training.

  • If you sign up for a One-month Package within two weeks after the Initial Assessment, we would charge the One-month Package for ¥28,000, ¥5,000 less than the original price.

From the Initial Assessment, you should expect to:

  • Understand your strengths and weaknesses better

  • Understand how Maru Fitness would help you achieve your goals

  • Get an actionable plan to improve your fitness levels

One-Month Package

3 Sessions, 60 Minutes Each

Here is where we work hard together to get you on track to recovery and better performance.

We would implement the treatment & training plan we discussed in the Initial Assessment, and as you feel and move better, we would unload more and more knowledge to you, so that you know exactly how to take care of yourself and work towards your goals.

Consistency is key to building a virtuous circle, so we offer a ¥5,000 discount if you are committed to renew for the next month. The discounted price would be ¥28,000.

  • If you sign up for a One-month Package within two weeks after the Initial Assessment, we would charge the One-month Package for ¥28,000, ¥5,000 less than the original price.

  • We also offer a single 60-minute session for ¥15,000. It is recommended for current clients who want to come back for a re-assessment, maintenance or specific treatment/training session.

  • The ¥5,000 discount would end when you decide not to renew.

  • For clients who have specific goals and want to work with us more regularly, please contact us for more details.

 

Running Coaching

 

Annual Plan

The plan starts with a free consultation call, where we would discuss your training history and goals. Then we would create an annual training plan, outlining the objectives of each training block (3-12 weeks). The plan would include movement analysis, running workouts and strength & conditioning workouts.

We believe the annual plan is the best to achieve substantial improvements, through well-designed periodization and fine adjustments throughout the year. But we also offer a 3-month plan for ¥30,000, where we would design a specific training block to address one or two areas you want to focus on.

You will get the same features for both the annual and 3-month plans.
